You can request a replacement card in the app if your card is lost or stolen. First, make sure your mailing address is up to date then go to Settings > Personal Information follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Select Manage Cards -> choose your physical debit card to replace
- Tap Replace Card and follow the prompts
You card will arrive in 7 to 10 business days after it is printed. Your previous card will be deactivated, and you’ll have access to your virtual card until your new card arrives.
If you requested a replacement card because your card is damaged, the damaged card will remain active until you activate your new card once it arrives.
Lock and Unlock your card at any time in the app;
1. Go to Settings -> Manage Cards
2. Choose the card -> Select Lock or Unlock.
